Join us for invigorating traditional vinyasa and yin yoga sessions set to kickass music in a non-traditional venue. Yoga Mayhem is made for all bodies, all genders, all experience levels, and all abilities - modify as needed! Feel at home with us at either Bar 404 on Sundays at 10am or Rocky Mountain Punk Wednesdays at 7pm. Experience yoga in a whole new way as you RELATE, REBEL, and RELEASE.
