Welcome to Yoga Mayhem, where we offer a unique yoga experience like no other. Join us as we get into some shadow work while vibing to songs by Deftones at our favorite local venue, Bar 404. Join us for invigorating traditional vinyasa and yin yoga sessions set to kickass music in a non-traditional venue. Yoga Mayhem is made for all bodies, all genders, all experience levels, and all abilities - modify as needed! Feel at home with us at either Bar 404 on Sundays at 10am or Rocky Mountain Punk Wednesdays at 7pm. Experience yoga in a whole new way as you RELATE, REBEL, and RELEASE.
