Starting in January, the first Sunday class of the month will be VinYin - a hybrid class that starts with the our Vinyasa flow and ends with the deep streches of Yin! It's the best of both worlds and will still have a all the kickass music to get you moving. Join us for invigorating yoga sessions set to the rhythm of rock music in a music venue. Our classes combine the peaceful practice of yoga with the energy and vibes of live music, creating an unforgettable experience for all participants.
